Start with workplace tasks

List the situations where language support would help: greeting clients, clarifying instructions, writing messages, or joining team discussions. Practical examples make a training brief more useful.

Understand the group

Collect information about current language comfort, job responsibilities, group size, and preferred timing. A mixed group may need different starting points or additional practice.
