Choose one situation

Pick a task you repeat often, such as explaining an update, asking a clarifying question, or writing a short email. Practise language that you can use immediately.

Keep feedback specific

Ask for feedback on clarity, organisation, and wording. Record a few useful phrases in context, then try using them in a new example rather than memorising them in isolation.

Build a routine

Short, regular practice is easier to fit into a busy week. Review what felt difficult and use it to choose the next task with your tutor.
